The Challenge
Study Smart Tutors needed a comprehensive digital transformation to enhance their educational offerings and streamline operations. Their existing systems lacked seamless data integration, making it difficult to track student progress, manage SAT prep and enrichment programs, and optimize instructor workflows. Additionally, they required a scalable solution to support ELA and math digital course development while integrating real-time analytics into their existing Salesforce ecosystem. Without an efficient way to centralize data and automate reporting, administrators and educators faced challenges in decision-making and student support.
The Solution
To address these needs, we developed custom Salesforce integrations for Study Smart Tutors, enabling seamless data flow between their educational platforms, scheduling systems, and reporting tools. We set up interactive dashboards that provided real-time insights into student engagement, course performance, and instructor efficiency. Additionally, we designed and built digital courses for ELA, math, and SAT prep, incorporating engaging multimedia elements, adaptive learning features, and formative assessments.
